Cancellation Policy
Our appointments are very important to Golden Hour With Haneen and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24-hour notice.
Please know that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments, or the cancellation fee will apply.
Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellations that are less than 24-hour notice. A 50% charge of the service booked will be applied to no-shows. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will automatically be transferred to your future booking.
